Aaron Green President, Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO of OneMedNet, Aaron Green brings extensive experience as a senior Healthcare Technology executive with more than 20 years of transformational leadership in strategic planning, M&A, product development, service, and support operations. In this role, Mr. Green leads all facets of OneMedNet’s business involving its iRWDTM offering, including R&D, product, sales, and strategy across global markets. Prior to joining OneMedNet, he served as Vice President Cloud Solutions at Change Healthcare, acquired by Optum Insights (a United Health Group company).

Before Optum Insights, Mr. Green spent more than 5 years at Change Healthcare as General Manager of both the Cardiology and Radiology Business Units, as well as the SVP and Chief Growth Officer of the Medical Imaging Group. Prior to Change Healthcare, he spent 15 years with McKesson growing to Division Vice President, Sales where he led an organization of executives, sales specialists, and staff, across the US, Canada, and the US government territories.

Mr. Green holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, a Systems Analyst Diploma from Royal Roads University, British Columbia, and a Business Administration and Management certificate from Wharton School.

Dr. Jeffrey Yu Founder, Chief Medical Officer and Chairman

Dr. Jeffrey Yu founded OneMedNet in 2009 and has dedicated 28 years of sophisticated healthcare IT experience to the company. Dr. Yu is a board-certified Radiologist and is fellowship-trained and board-certified in Nuclear Medicine. In 2006, in collaboration with a small group of peers, Dr. Yu recognized a need to develop electronic sharing technology to help imaging specialists move patient imaging studies quickly, securely, and cost-effectively. Dr. Yu’s early research and development led to the BEAM solution which helped improve care and outcomes for stroke and trauma patients. In 2009, he started OneMedNet Corporation to commercialize the BEAM product. Since that time, Dr. Yu has remained an integral part of the strategic decision-making within OneMedNet.

Dr. Yu received his MD from Wake Forest University, his BS at U.C. Berkeley, conducted MRI research at Stanford University, and completed his Radiology residency and Nuclear Medicine fellowship at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University in St. Louis.

Lisa Embree Chief Financial Officer, Vice President — Finance & Corporate Secretary

Lisa Embree oversees global financial activities for OneMedNet since her promotion to Chief Financial Officer in November 2022, including support for financial planning, product development, product cost and business controls. Ms. Embree is a Certified Professional Accountant with 18 years of senior-level business experience, which is demonstrated through her strong and impactful business competencies within: administrative and financial management, financial accountability, and communication and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining OneMedNet, Ms. Embree was the Director of Finance for Equicare Health, and an Accounting Manager with Haemonetics Corporation (NYSE: HAE).

Ms. Embree achieved a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Simon Fraser University, Business Administration (BA) from British Columbia Institute of Technology and is a member of the Certified Public Accountants of Canada.

Steven Chartier Head of Data, Director of Product Management

Steven Chartier brings more than 30 years of experience leading transformative data technology in the healthcare space across the full clinical trial spectrum from protocol development to post market surveillance. As Head of Data, Director of Product Management, Mr. Chartier is responsible for the product direction of OneMedNet’s indexing platform and data solutions. Prior to joining OneMedNet, Mr. Chartier was Senior Director of Technology for Calyx, an Enterprise Software as a Service (“SaaS”) provider, where he led the development of data and analytics strategies and unified 1,000’s of heterogeneous data silos into one data platform to optimize delivery of Medical Imaging (“MI”) services. Earlier to Calyx, Mr. Chartier spent 15 years at Parexel, one of the world’s leading global clinical research organizations, departing as Director of Technology. During his time with Parexel, Mr. Chartier introduced the first data hub and analytics warehouse unifying clinical data from more than 3,000 clinical trials and led a program to improve electronic data capture quality.

Mr. Chartier holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
